If you are dissatisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return and it must meet the following requirements：
1. All return should be requested within 10 calendar days after the order has been delivered.
2. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, no wear and tear, no damage, no wash or no alteration in any way.
3. Checking with us for the appointed return address before you return the items, otherwise the item will not be recognized and received.
4. Buyer should be responsible for all associated import duties and the returning costs.
Payment will be refunded once we receive your return item, which is in good and reusable condition. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or wrong, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
